What happens if I use an out-of-date browser like Internet Explorer?

Some out-of-date browsers like Internet Explorer may not save your place and have other performance issues. We recommend that you use Google Chrome.

How secure is your payment?

Is E-Certify Education an accredited real estate school?

Yes, E-Certify Education is accredited by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. Our school license number is 1411.

Why can’t I fast forward?

Our platform was developed according to Massachusetts Real Estate Boards guidelines. The board prohibits the ability to fast forward through content that has not been previously watched. Users are only able to fast-forward or rewind to the portions of the video that have already been watched. Replay on completed videos has no restriction on fast forwarding

How do I receive credit for the courses?

To receive credit, you must watch each video in its entirety. After each video is watched in full, the video topic will be checked off with a green check mark.

Do I have to watch the entire 12-hour video in one session?

No, you may watch any video and stop or break at any time. However, to receive credit, each 1-hour segment must be viewed in its entirety.

When do I receive my certificate?

Once you have finished watching 12 hours of course videos (each course containing 1 hour of content), a menu option will appear on the left side of the screen allowing you to view, or download your certificate. In addition, you will also receive a downloadable certificate to your email.

Would I be able to contact an instructor for questions?

Yes, any questions regarding course material may be sent to instructor@ecertifyeducation.com.

How often are Massachusetts real estate agents and brokers required to take continuing education?

Massachusetts Board of Licensure requires real estate agents and brokers to satisfy 12 hours of continuing education credits every 2 years. Upon completion of our course, you will receive your certificate via email.
